When the 1st Google Adsense admin approves your account, you will see a red bar on top saying your account is still under review. So that means your account is still NOT approved fully yet! That means another Google Adsense admin will need to check it also. In that case, leave the site as it is and just share the links for a little traffic to your blog while it gets approved. Once it has been approved by the 2nd Google Adsense admin, your Google Ads will start to show on your blog. That means you are ready to start earning.
